I sincerely hope you enjoy this latest release from your favourite band of miscreants, The Fogeys.

The mood is decidedly more dour this time around, I think the soggy summer has taken its toll on The Fogeys, and the music takes a turn for the maudlin as a result. Our vocalist also had covid (unbeknownst to them) while recording some songs, so please pardon the somewhat shaky singing.

Tracks 1 - 7 were all recorded at home.

Track 8 was recorded in Capel Hall at the Burton Street Foundation, editing down a 42 minute jam by layering sequences.

Track 9 was composed using recordings from the last 3 years layered over one another, including: free improvisation in the toilet; field recordings of me tidying my room; some fun messing around with a little radio; and many more wonders to behold. I think its fun to notice coincidences between these different recordings taken in different places with years between their creation.
